Applicable:Suitable for quantitative filling of liquid, paste, granule, sauce, etc. or viscous material in medicine, daily chemical, food, pesticide, chemical, lubricating oil and special industry, such as cosmetic cream, juice, ice cream, glue, ink, shampoo, hand sanitizer, chili sauce, hot pot base, butter, cream, etc.

Operating principle: drive the piston in the cylinder through the front and rear movement of the cylinder to produce negative pressure in the front cylinder.

When the cylinder moves forward, pull the piston backward, the cylinder front cavity produces negative pressure.The material in the feeding bucket is pressed into the inlet pipe and enters the feed pipe through the check valve entering the material.

As the cylinder moves backward, push the piston forward and squeeze the material.The material enters the feeding hose through the feeding check valve, and finally enters the equal filling container through the filling head.(Fill head closed when feeding and opened when feeding) Complete one filling.

The piston filling machine is a single mechanical and simple action for each filling, so there is a high filling accuracy and stability for each regular container.

2.The whole rack is made of stainless steel 304, the material contact part is made of 316 stainless steel, easy to operate, easy to adjust the filling volume, easy to clean,and meet the GMP operation standards;

4.The machine sets manual gear and automatic gear. When selecting manual gear operation, the equipment will run by itself, and the speed can be adjusted;

5.Pure pneumatic control, no electricity plug-in, simple and safe operation；

6.An oil seal is used to seal the cylinder block,which is corrosion resistant, high temperature resistant and wear resistant. The performance the cylinder block is better than the O-ring.
