I. Scope of product application:

Ideal filling equipment for medicine, daily chemical, food and special industries.Such as: water light needle, gel, hemorrhoids cream, hyaluronic acid, cream, milk, shampoo, syrup, detergent and other materials filling;

III. Working principle:

The piston in the material cylinder is reciprocated through the upper and lower movement of the cylinder, resulting in a negative pressure in the cylinder front chamber.When the cylinder moves downward, pull the piston downward and generate negative pressure in the cylinder front chamber. The material in the feeding barrel is inhaled into the cylinder and enters the cylinder through the in and out check valve.When the cylinder moves upward, push the piston forward and squeeze the material through the one-way valve in the feeding joint into the empty bottle to be filled.
