HQ-PGS10Filling-plugging compact machine(10Pumps filling)

The equipment is a integrate machine of filling, plugging in one of the multi-functional machine, composed of two main parts of the- filling and plugging. The principle is that the bottle enters the filling part through the bottle feeding machine, using 10 pumps single track in the straight line, and after filling, the filling part adopts electromagnetic oscillation plugging delivery mode, mechanical positioning;

Features are: 1.Filling pump using peristaltic pump, touch screen can adjust the load; 2.Filling and plugging on a machine; 3.Due to the use of peristaltic pump, can adjust the absorption, no drops.

Machanical structure:

Ø The whole machine loading bottle, filling, plug function to achieve integration, compact and reasonable structure, saving space;

Ø Use an integral steel frame to prevent hard force deformation. Surface coating for baking paint for protection against rust;
