HQ-YGSX10 Automatic liquid Filling-plugging capping machine(10pumps)

The equipment is a filling,plugging in a multi-functional machine, composed of two main parts of-filling and plugging.The principle is that the bottle enters the filling part through the bottle feeder,uses 10 pump single track in the straight line, and enters the filling part; the filling part adopts electromagnetic oscillation plug way, mechanical positioning;

Characteristic:

1.The filling pump adopts the peristaltic pump, which can adjust the load volume by the touch screen;

2.Filling,plugging and capping is done on a machine;

3.Due to the use of a peristaltic pump, it can be adjusted back to the suction, no drops happen;

Machanical structure:

*The whole machine upload bottle, filling, and plugging function to achieve integration, compact and reasonable structure, space saving;

*Use an integral steel frame to prevent hard force deformation.Surface coating for baking paint for protection against rust;
