Conveying system

1.Operational principle:Drive the container   manually in the roller to complete the container delivery movement;

Filling system

1.Operating   principle: (AIRTAC) control the plug for fast and slow filling.Use the   weighing sensor to cooperate with the PLC to control the filling volume.Scale   table with automatic peeling function and empty bucket automatic recognition   of skin weight function.

2.Design   feature :SUS304 stainless steel is processed into filling mouth, filling   mouth sealing ring is food-grade ultra-wear resistant sealing ring, filling   head connection is quick connection, easy disassembly, maintenance and   cleaning, all materials contact with inner wall, no sanitary dead corners, in   line with GMP and FDA standards.

Filling head lifting system

1.Operate   principle:The PLC and cylinder cooperate to control the lifting of the   filling mouth;                                  2.Design feature:The   design is simple without maintenance. Adjust the lifting height according to   the container and can reach the container mouth to ensure that the filling is   not foaming.

Automatic regulation system

1.Operate principle:Adjust the filling   measurement by setting the instrument parameters and the PLC signal output;

2.Design characteristics:simple,convenient   adjustment, can quickly and automatically adjust to the required filling   capacity;can intuitively display the current required filling volume;

Anti-drop leakage system

1.Operate   principle:Filling nozzle cooperates with vacuum withdrawal.

1:Down state, the   vacuum pumping is always in the working state.                                                      2.Design   feature :Each action is controlled by PLC and cooperate with each other   to ensure that filling state or standby state without dripping to pollute the   working environment.                                                                    3.Material standard:Block head material:U-PE,Vacuum retraction   valve:Taiwan Chelic.

Frame

1.Design feature :Frame   structure, no sanitary dead corner, convenient for the complete cleaning of   the complete machine.                                                                                         2.Material standard:Frame:Choose 80*40*2Stainless steel 304.

1.Control principle:Integrated control of   electricity,gas and machine is adopted;

Gas supply system

1.Working principle:The intake is equipped with separate switch   and pressure regulating valve with water and oil separation device to ensure   stable air pressure.                                   

2.Design feature :The gas supply to ensure the balanced   operation of each pneumatic element is more stable.                                       

3.Material standard:Pneumatic elements: Taiwan(AIRTAC).
