Basic usage:

It is suitable for labeling or self-adhesive film on the upper position of different products’,such as books, folders, boxes, cartons, etc., the replacement labeling mechanism can be applied to uneven surface labeling, widely used in the flat labeling of large products, and the labeling of flat products with a wide range of specifications.Optional coding machine or inkjet printer to label head, can be printed on the label of production date, batch number and spray printing bar code and other information.

Working process:

The sensor detects the product passing, sends the signal back to the label control system, after the signal is processed by PLC, sends out the label affixed to the product setting position at the appropriate time, the product flows through the covering label device, the label is firmly covered, and the attachment action of a label is completed.
