I.Basic use:

This equipment belongs to the round bottle labeling machine, the application of the star disc wheel labeling method, so it is called the star disc round bottle marking machine, mainly realized:

1.Round bottles, cylindrical objects in circumference or positioning labeling；

2.Can label as a full circumference, half circumference, can stick a single label, double labels, straight back labels;

3.Optional automatic unscrambler bottle machine connected to the assembly line, automatic bottle distribution to the labeling  machine, improve efficiency;

4.Optional code machine, to achieve the integration of labeling-code;

II. Scope of Application:

Use labels: adhesive label, adhesive film, electronic supervision code, bar code, etc.;

Applicable products: products requiring labeling or film on the circular surface, square bottle products;

IV.Working principle:

1.Core working principle:The product is automatically transferred after seperating the bottle, the labeling machine detects the product through, transmits the signal to the labeling control system, in the appropriate position, the system instructs the motor to send the label and stick it to the labeling position, when the product flows through the star disk wheel, the label is fastened, and the labeling action is completed;

2.Operate process:Put the product(Connectable assembly line)—>Product delivery—>Product separation—> product testing —>Labeling—>Cover labeling—>Collect products;
