Principle of operation of equipment:Unscrambler bottle-Spray Filling Capping Machine:
1. The bottle is arranged and delivered to the flat conveyor belt;
2. The conveyor belt runs the bottle to the set position and fills it;
3. Complete filling and run the bottle through the conveyor belt into the turntable mold;
4. Run to set position, fiber check to bottle,cylinder work and put cap to bottle(No bottle no capping);
5. The bottle went to the next station to be capped;
6. Deliver the finished product to the next process through the conveyor belt;
7. The equipment has no bottle no capping,the tightness of rotary cap adjustable, output counting function;
