I.Overview:

II.The working principle:

The machine adopts electromagnetic induction heating principle, through no-contact the induction heating, the induction film instantaneous heat melting, firmly stick on the bottle, to reach the purpose of the sealing. (note: this machine is invalid of no aluminum foil

1. With overcurrent overheating protection circuit, overcurrent protection, voltage display, overheating protection, smooth heat dissipation, time display;

When the temperature drops (not turned off) the overheating indicator is off

2.The Overcurrent indication is bright and the alarm sound indicates that the working current is too large, the seal is invalid, you can paste the non-metal gasket on the induction head, increase the interval distance between the induction head and the bottle cap, to reduce the working current;

3. The machine adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction heating, through non-contact induction heating, so that the induction film instant heat melt firmly pasted on the bottle mouth to achieve the purpose of sealing the mouth;

Note: This machine is ineffective for the composite film without aluminum foil and the vacuum aluminum-plated composite film
