The working principle of vacuum feeding machine is as follows:

Vacuum feeding machine uses vacuum generator as vacuum source, produces vacuum through compressed air, and directly sends materials from the container into various production equipment, such as mixer, reactor, hopper, sheet press, packing machine, packaging machine, vibrating screen, whole grain machine, wet granular, dry grain grinder and grinder, etc.

When the "on / off" button is pressed, the compressed air enters the vacuum generator, and the feeding door of the hopper is closed under the push of the cylinder, forming a vacuum. The vacuum feeder forms an air flow under vacuum and delivers the transported material to the vacuum hopper through the hose.

After a certain period of time (feeding time, can be adjusted), the compressed air is closed, and the pneumatic vacuum pump cannot produce vacuum. At the same time, the feeding door of the hopper is opened under the push of the cylinder, the vacuum feeder vacuum disappears, and the material is automatically put into the receiving equipment from the feeding door.

In addition, the vacuum feeder is equipped with a material level control system. When the material in the hopper of the feeding equipment is higher than a certain position, the electric vacuum feeder stops action and enters the standby state. When the material level is lower than a certain position, the vacuum feeder will automatically start and continue to feed the receiving equipment.

The whole process reduces the labor intensity of the workers, eliminates the dust pollution, and ensures the GMP requirements of the production.
