❊Operational principle:

After sterilization and drying, the bottle enters the rotary table,and then transferred from the conveyor belt to the U slot of the intermittent rotating equal disc.This machine adopts the programmable controller produced by Siemens Company of Germany to control the rotation of AC servo motor drive screw,and the setting of loading quantity is input by the keyboard of man-machine interface (touch screen). It has the advantages of not stopping to adjust the loading quantity,stop loading automatically and display fault indicator lamp.Which is the domestic advanced material packing equipment;

In the plug station, the shock hopper sends the rubber plug to the designated position through the guide slot,and the plug head completes the plug pressing work.

The bottle was finally pushed into the tray or the conveyor belt of the linkage line;
