Description of semi-automatic capping machine: 

This machine is suitable for all kinds of daily chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical industry nozzle, pump head, round bottle cap, duck mouth cap and other lock-capping machinery, using electric and gas control movement, high stability, can lock different shape specifications of the bottle cap, lock cap strength adjustable, can adjust the tightness according to different bottle caps. The machine is easy to operate and easy to use. It is a good machine to replace the manual rotary capping.

Operating instructions for semi-automatic capping machine:

1.Adjust the height of the wheel to fit the height of the bottle cap, then adjust the height of the top capping device, pull the light shaft of the cylinder of the top cap to the minimum, the top cap POM about 5 mm lower than the bottle cap when loosening;

2.Adjust the left and right sliders so that the wheels fit in with the cap, adjust the width and lock the adjusting nut;

3.Position the bottle so that the lid is in the center of the four wheels;

4.Connect the air pipe, power supply, Turn on gas, power. Press the power switch, turn the governor on, turn the third gear switch on to the manual gear,then press the foot switch,

then the machine is ready to operate; 

5.Double time relay on the left is to adjust the machine operation interval time, press + – number adjustment time, right adjustment cap time, the same operation mode as the left. Usually the interval is used in automatic mode, manual mode is not required;
